Birds visiting this UK woodland

There are a remarkable number of birds and wildlife visiting the woodland.  We are lucky too – as the woodland has three lovely lakes which attract an even greater species of birds and wildlife  such as the Kingfisher, Heron,  Reed Warbler, Long Tailed Tit and Pied Wagtail which are regularly seen (can’t promise!). Waterfowl such as ducks and geese may visit and consequently present exciting photographic opportunities within this magical woodland!

Below are some of the typical birds you might catch sight of during the seasons (mouse-over to see bird names and maybe some brief bird song!- some are more common than others and you have to find the ‘tweets’!).   A caption is also seen together with an enlarged view when clicking on individual images to reach the ‘slide-viewer’.
