Haha! – coupled with the unique possession of your own bird-house via myhouseinengland.co.uk); the beautiful woodland setting in the ’Garden of England’ – somewhere you can visit, go fishing, walking or trek to the lakes, perhaps stay at the Beacon Hotel Pub & Eating House – plus have breakfast, lunch and dinner as an option – including bird-watching, maybe photographing wildlife and flora – some excellent information on visiting the birds, resident wildlife and their occasional visitors (see separate image galleries in the ‘About Birds’ & ‘Wildlife’ pages) – phew! it is not hard to imagine this to be true!

It’s a novel way to have a place of your own in England (or send a ‘house’ as a gift) where your numbered bird-house that you have selected is all yours with a certificate granting a leased ownership for one or an optional two year period – which includes the important spring time mating and nesting season. However, each bird-house can also offer a place for rest and shelter, housing other birdlife when the weather is inclement.
In addition, we send you the GPS location along with a photo of your bird-house so that you are able to identify it when/if you visit. Importantly – your first 1/2 pint (from a range of beers or a soft drink) is also yours when you produce your unique certificate number and personal identification (one time only though!!). We can’t promise to light the ‘Beacon’ as seen above – to celebrate your arrival but we welcome you to our part of England whole-heartedly.
