myhouseinengland.co.uk enables you to send a gift or lease for yourself a real house in England for just a few pounds/dollars.  The houses are situated in woodlands in the Kent countryside – the ‘Garden of England’.

Unbelievable? – well not entirely!  These houses are real bird houses that you can choose from the five different designs available. The bird boxes are subsequently specially positioned for you in a beautiful woodland in England. Each has a unique number to identify them as yours.  In addition, a photo is taken and the GPS position is given with each purchase. They are ideal as a last minute unpackaged gift as the lease certificates are sent immediately for download after payment. Not everyone has a house in England – but now they can!

You are allowed to visit but not to camp at the location.  Fishing in the woodland lakes is available for a small fee.  However, you can book yourself into The Beacon Hotel if you wish which conveniently overlooks the woodland.  Here you can enjoy lunch, dinner, fine wines and beers and enjoy the surrounding English countryside.

Whatever your choice – you can be sure that the lease on your very own house in England will bring pleasure and surprise to recipients – for you or your friends/family/business contacts - but also to the birdlife and other wild animals, butterflies and bees and insects that inhabit the woodland.

As soon as  your PayPal payment is verified for your new home – we eMail you and your recipient immediately – and a certificate is made available to download.  The lease will contain a number, the name of the recipient and the expiry date of an annual or two year lease depending on your purchase.  The lease is a document that can be used for display if appropriate and you must produce your lease number and personal identification if you wish to visit the woodland to discover your own house in England (and claim a free 1/2 pint of English Ale)!  If you visit in the Spring – you might have a full-house and a feathered family to support…

In addition – we ask you to enter a message if sending as a gift and the recipients birth date.  On that date – he or she receives a greeting on the About Birds page (it can be a birthday, anniversary or other occasion such as Easter, Christmas or Thanksgiving – you choose).  Also choose a date you wish it to be delivered if it differs from a suggested date.
